We were privileged to build this amazing home on a very challenging cliff edged property, with Geoff Richards Architects. This home is outstanding in all the right ways, being a fantastic design with clever detailing, complemented by our high quality workmanship. Built within the Pohutukawa trees, and looking towards the sea, it was a real pleasure to be a part of this creative project.

We had the pleasure of being introduced to Keith by our architect, Geoff Richards. We were planning a very special home for ourselves and needed a building contractor that not only worked well with Geoff and ourselves, but who could build for us our dream home. We had purchased a difficult cliff top section and required someone with the skill and expertise to construct a building on a challenging site. We have learnt a lot through being involved in building this home and cannot over estimate the importance of the need for a good working relationship with your builder. We are very pleased to say that Keith and his team made our role of owners a pleasurable one and as stress free as building a new home can be. We are very proud of our new home and appreciate the attention to detail that was shown by KD Construction.
